Dr. J. Victor and Mrs. Catherine B. Eagan are both ordained ministers committed to teaching biblical principles to the body of Christ in the areas of business and finance. Through Word of Faith International Christian Center – Kingdom Business Association (KBA) they serve as Directors of the KBA under the leadership of Bishop Keith A. Butler. They developed, published the curriculum and teach a three-year course of study through The Workplace Wisdom Institute. The Workplace Wisdom Institute was founded to provide biblical solutions to challenges in the workplace by addressing contemporary issues facing working people. Workplace Wisdom directs people at all levels to practical applications of the Bible in their every day decision-making process.
Dr. J. Victor Eagan is a very successful entrepreneur and has been practicing in the field of dentistry for the past 20 years. Specializing as an orthodontist for the past ten years, he has operated his practice in line with the Word of God. As a result Dr. Eagan has one of the highest income generating private orthodontic practices in the nation. He has managed his practice debt-free’for the past 10 years. Dr. Eagan completed his undergraduate work at The University of Michigan and received his professional degree from its School of Dentistry. His orthodontic specialty was completed at Howard University, with honors.
Min. Catherine B. Eagan has an extensive 25-year financial background. She began her career in banking as a commercial lender and also worked in the area of commercial real estate development. Her diversified experience has allowed her to lend or manage a cumulative portfolio
of over $150,000,000. Her most current position prior to becoming an entrepreneur was as a Private Banker. For five years she served as a Vice
President and Private Banking Officer for one of Michigan’s largest banks. She was a relationship manager for the bank’s wealthiest customers
and had responsibility for lending, investments, and personal and corporate trust services. She presently manages five of the Eagan Enterprise, Ltd. holdings.
Min. Eagan received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simmons College, Boston, Massachusetts. She was awarded an Ed. M. degree from Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts. Presently, she is completing her final course of study for the Certified Financial Planner designation.
Dr. and Min. Eagan are prolific writers and have authored several books; Taking The Wisdom of God Into the Workplace, Dominating Money Tapping Into God’s Supernatural Economy, Using the Power of God to Succeed at Work, Finding and Fulfilling Your Purpose at Work, and The Word at Work, Volumes I and II. Upcoming books include: Godly Character in the Workplace, Godly Leadership in the
Workplace, The Road to the Wealthy Place- Dominating Money in Business and Terminating
Conflict in the Workplace.
They both love God and passionately seek to continue to grow deeply in the character of
